There are some totally awesome effects going on in this dramatic scene by Ryclen.

The conglomeration of different angles works amazingly well! Check it out on Flickr! ;)

RL14 - Research Lab

RL14 - Research Lab, a photo by Disco86 on Flickr.

It's not a common thing for a castle builder to branch out into the space genre but this is the way to do it! This great creation by Paul (Disco86) is completely filled with awesome details!

Be sure to check it out on Flickr! :)

War Elephant tutorial.

This post will show you how to make a fierce armored war elephant.

First, we need an elephant. I use a standard LEGO elephant. (Although, eventually I want to try my hand at a brick-built one.)

Next, I'll add two brackets, and one 2x2 plate to the back of the elephant.

This will provide a good attachment point for the side armor pieces.

The Terra5

Terra5, a photo by Raoulosos on Flickr.

I was scrolling through The Lego Sci-Fi Group on Flickr, when I came across this bad boy! Not only is this vehicle's design just plain great, but I think the paint job is what really brings this thing to life. Not to mention some very nice editing. Check it out on Raoul Baldwin's photo stream :)

Hunting in the Loch

Hunting in the Loch, a photo by Digger1221 on Flickr.

Flickr user Digger1221 has been building some epic scenes with his sweet water technique! His latest creation features a lone hunter searching for a fearsome monster! The dark and scary feeling in this build is perfectly achieved! :)

Rewards and Regrets.

Rewards and Regrets, Lenfald LC8 Entry, a photo by Gary^The^Procrastinator on Flickr.

This awesome Medieval interior by Gary^The^Procrastinator has some fabulous details! My favorite has to be the use of the gold fishes above the fireplace! :)
