Lost Harbor
This lovely build by Fianat has some really great features to it.
...The dome, the palm tree, and the overall attention to detail really make this one stand out to me.

Tall Ships by Bonaparte.
I had a pleasant surprise this morning when I was browsing around Flickr.
Some of the most beautiful LEGO ships I had ever seen!
I consider myself fortunate to have found Bonaparte's stream.
The Shaping on the Frigate above is fantastic, but what really blew me out of the water was the Xebex.
Some truly gorgeous ships await your viewing on Flickr. :)

Stark Sentry.
I really like the shaping and humanness
to this mech, built by Magus.
The round armor pieces are a nice touch.
I can imagine a dozen of these guys taking down a Sci-fi Fortress somewhere. :)
See it on Flickr.

Seashore Castle
Another Awesome castle blasts onto the scene!
This one, built by Shmails, has a lovely terraced style to it that not only looks fabulous, but it would also be immensely hard to assault.
See many more great views on Flickr!
Modrijeka Castle
I wasn't the only one to get my castle out early this year for the CCC. Eklund has built a beautiful castle with some superb angled walls, and I really like his crenelations.
And he even included our favorite Used Camel Salesman! :D
Be sure to check it out on Flickr!

The Beasts Emerge! ...And the Final Stronghold.
This frigid cool scene by Luke Clarence Van is a model of microscale building!
The idea of behemoths emerging from the ice is awesome, and I look froward to the next installment of the "Warscape Volumes."
I also remembered this excellent scene from the same creator from a while back. And I thought it deserved some bloggage as well. ;)

The CCCX
Well, it's that time of year again. The Colossal Castle Contest is almost upon us.
For those who don't know, the CCC is a yearly contest hosted on Classic Castle.com
This event brought me into the world of the Online LEGO Community,
some of my first real MOCs can be seen among the other fabulous entries of last year's contest.
But this year has brought on many new builders to the CC forums, and many from last year (myself included) are eager to do better than before!
There are glory and LEGO prizes to be won!
What will you build in the CCCX? :)
I look forward to some fantastic building from some of the Internet's best!
Check out some of last year's entries and get inspired!
